If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may send it back within 30 days of delivery. Refer to our Return Policy for details.

30 Day Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange for store credit. Email to receive an RMA# and detailed return instructions. Returns made without an issued RMA# will not be credited. Items must be returned within 14 days of RMA issuance and should be new, unused and with all original packaging for full credit. requires a return tracking number be provided.

Our customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged in shipment. Refunds are made to the original method of payment less shipping. If the purchase was sent with free shipping, our original outbound shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. If a return label was provided, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

You will receive your refund within 2 weeks of receipt and verification of your return. If payment was made with a gift card or store credit, a store credit will be issued for the credit amount. Please note that Replacement Glass/Shades/Parts and Special Order or Custom-made items are nonrefundable

If your order was damaged during shipping, we've got you covered under our Packaging Pledge. Be sure to notify us within 5 Days of Delivery as we cannot accept the exchange of damaged items after this time. Please email us a picture of the damage and save all shipping materials.

We will send a replacement or honor an exchange. We will arrange for the damaged item to be returned and the replacement shipped via original form of shipment. Shipping costs related to damaged merchandise are covered by If customer declines the free replacement, customer is returning due to personal reasons/change of mind and the standard refund policy applies.

Product Finish

Have a Question about an Item's Color or Finish?
Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, it is normal for dimensions, color, shading, surface decoration and finish to vary from item to item. No two pieces are exactly the same. Furthermore, product colors viewed on websites will vary from one computer monitor/smartphone/tablet to another because of the way different monitors and web browsers render colors. However, if you need additional pictures of an item to help with your purchase, please contact customer service. We pride ourselves in this service of providing additional photos of our products in addition to complimentary decorating advice.

Italian Pottery and Tuscan Style Décor

Hand-Painted Italian Pottery
Our Italian Pottery production is completely carried out within our artisans' workshops in Italy from the clay shaping of the bisque, to the decoration and kiln firing. Each piece is made entirely by hand in the Italian tradition and painted individually. No two pieces are exactly the same. Variations include shape, dimension, color depth, decoration, signatures and factory hallmark stamps, tiny flicks of paint, small crevices in the glaze and even an occasional marking from the artists loving hands. These variances are evidence of an original, one of a kind hand painted piece of Italian Pottery which does not deflect from the value but rather adds to its charm. Italian Pottery Care, Usage and Labeling
Our Italian ceramic tableware and serving pieces can go in the dishwasher but we recommend the fine china setting or delicate cycle, top rack. We do not recommend putting items in the microwave or oven. Our Italian ceramics have met FDA standards and are food safe. Some decorative items will have a stamp with a goblet/fork with a hash over it. This symbol is a new Italian product labeling mandate for items not intended to be used for serving food (eg Soap Pumps, Vases, Napkin Holders, Umbrella Stands, Picture Frames, Clocks). The function of the article is not intended for food, but the item still is crafted with food safe materials meeting FDA standards like all our Italian ceramics. You might also see numbers hand-signed on pieces of pottery. These numbers represent the actual kiln# the artist used to make your pottery and the date.

Because each piece in our Home Décor collection is handcrafted, no two are exactly the same and variation is inevitable. Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

Sales Tax only collects sales tax for those orders shipped to Nevada. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to any other location.

Cancellation Policy
Orders you place on enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible and therefore cannot be modified or cancelled. Once an order is shipped, the terms of our Return Policy will take effect.

Periodically items shipping direct from the manufacturer will go on back order. If this happens you will be notified promptly with an estimated ship date and given the option to ship the item when in stock or refunding your payment in full for the item.

Shipping, Delivery & Tracking

When Will My Order Ship? will expedite your order Promptly. Orders typically ship within 1-5 business days unless noted on the product. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once you've placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed.

Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, you will receive another email confirmation notifying you that your order is on its way, and we'll provide you with the shipping company's tracking number.

Orders with Multiple Items
If you ordered multiple items they may ship separately. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Partial Tracking Information or your Shipment
To speed delivery, some shippers may not location-scan all of their shipments. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment please do not be concerned. When you receive your Shipment Confirmation Email, your order has been shipped.

Find a Missing Package That Shows as Delivered
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it: 1. See if someone else accepted delivery. 2. Look around the delivery location. 3. Look for a notice of attempted delivery. 4. Contact us with 48 hours of the on-line delivery date to service your shipment.

Shipping Options
Our freight partners include FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. Transit times for each shipping method are listed below:
* Expedited: 2 to 6 business days after leaving our facility
* Ground: 2 to 14 business days after leaving our facility (may take up to 21 business days)
* International: 6 to 10 business days after leaving our facility (customs varies by Country)
* Express Mail (Overnight): Please contact us for discounted freight rates

Some oversized items cannot ship via expedited. If expedited is selected for one of these items, you will be notified by Customer Service and receive a credit back for the shipping.

DHL is our preferred shipping carrier for Special Orders shipping from Italy. Your order will ship via DHL Expedited (6-10 Business Days). As with Domestic Orders, will receive an shipment confirmation via e-mail the day your order leaves Italy.

Refused Shipments
Refused shipments are costly. Shipments that are refused for any reason will incur a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of the actual round-trip freight. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us. If you would still like to purchase these items, you are welcome to place a new order on

Undeliverable Shipments

International Shipments & Service Area
We offer shipping to all 50 United States and International however we cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or APO/FPO addresses. Please contact us for discounted freight rates on Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada and International.

As BellaSoleil is a Global Company and ships Internationally, we are NOT responsible for duties, taxes or other special fees associated with shipping.

While shipments sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or International may take a little longer, the delivery date for your order is based on the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address. After shipment, your order may take additional 5-8 business days to arrive from the carriers transit times.

Oversized Items - Truck Freight
Some items we sell are too large or too heavy to ship using a Small Parcel carrier (e.g. UPS or FedEx). In these cases, we will ship via truck freight at no additional cost to you. Truck freight is different than standard UPS or FedEx in that you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. A signature is required for all truck freight deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for the delivery. Note that the driver is only responsible to deliver to curbside or driveway although in some cases, may take the items off the truck to your door. The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you must inspect the package and its contents at the time of delivery. If you detect any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be concerned about damage, please refuse delivery or write "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. If the driver needs to leave before you have a chance to thoroughly inspect the shipment, write "Subject to inspection for concealed damage" next to your signature on the bill of lading. This ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. Be sure to notify us within 24 hours of delivery to report any damage. Please allow an additional 1-3 days for truck freight delivery. Truck Freight ships to the Continental US Only (please, no PO Boxes).
