At BellaSoleil.com, we take great pride in providing our customers with an exclusive selection of Italian Pottery, Tuscan and Mediterranean inspired Home Decor, and our masterfully crafted San Miguel Spanish Colonial home accents. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, you may send it back within 30 days of delivery. Refer to our Return Policy for details.
30 Day Return Policy
All BellaSoleil.com products are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the original purchase price of the item minus the return shipping cost. Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Return shipping is FREE on any exchanges or store credits. Returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days of delivery as the return authorization will be cancelled.
Kindly contact customer service to receive a return merchandise authorization number and detailed return instructions. Returns made without a BellaSoleil.com issued RMA number and return address will not be credited. Your package must be received by us within 14 days of RMA issuance or the return authorization will be cancelled. To ensure delivery and help process your credit faster, BellaSoleil.com requires a return tracking number be emailed to us when you return the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and we recommend that you insure it for the full value as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged in shipment. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If the purchase was sent with free shipping, our original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If a return label was provided, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
You will receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of receipt and verification of your return. If payment was made with a gift card, a merchandise credit will be issued for the credit amount. Please note that Replacement Glass, Replacement Lamp Shades, Replacement Parts, Special Order or Custom-made items are nonrefundable.
If You Received an Item that is Defective or Damaged
If an item arrives damaged from shipment, or an item is not as described due to a defect, we've got you covered under our BellaSoleil.com Packaging Pledge. Please DO NOT dispose of the box or any packing material. Be sure to notify us within 5 Days of Delivery to report the damage as we cannot accept the exchange of damaged items after 5 days of delivery. Digital photos are a big help to expedite the process and may ask that you email us a picture of the damage if required by the shipping carrier.
We will send a replacement or honor an exchange for another item. We will arrange for the damaged goods to be returned and the replacement item shipped out promptly via the original form of shipment. Shipping costs related to merchandise received damaged or defective will be taken care of by BellaSoleil.com.
If customer declines the free replacement, customer is returning due to personal reasons and the standard refund policy applies.
Have a Question about an Item's Color or Finish?
Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, it is normal for dimensions, color and finish to vary from item to item. Furthermore, product colors viewed on websites will vary from one computer monitor to another because of the way different monitors and web browsers render colors. Hand-Painted Italian Pottery
Our collection of Italian Pottery is made entirely by hand in the Italian Tradition and fully glazed for lasting beauty. Each piece is Brand New, Never Used, and Imported Direct from Italy. All of our Italian Majolica is hand-painted and hand-crafted - no two pieces are the same. Variations include shape, colour depth, signatures and factory hallmark stamps, flicks of paint from the artist and tiny pin holes in the glaze. These are all characteristics of hand-made Italian pottery that make each piece special and unique. This does not deflect from the value of the pottery but rather adds to its charm. Italian Pottery Care and Usage
Our tableware and serving pieces have lead-free glazes and are suitable for food. Majolica can go in the dishwasher but we recommend the fine china setting or delicate cycle. We don’t recommend putting items in the microwave or oven unless the item details indicate you may do so (e.g. a Casserole Dish or Lasagna Dish would be fine to put in a conventional oven).

BellaSoleil.com only collects sales tax for those orders shipped to Nevada. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to any other location.
Orders you place on BellaSoleil.com enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible and therefore cannot be modified or cancelled. Once an order is shipped, the terms of our Return Policy will take effect.
Periodically items shipping direct from the manufacturer will go on back order. If this happens you will be notified promptly with an estimated ship date and given the option to ship the item when in stock or refunding your payment in full for the item.
Shipping, Delivery & Tracking
When Will My Order Ship?
BellaSoleil.com will expedite your order Promptly. Orders typically ship within 1-5 business days unless noted on the product. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once you've placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed.
Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, you will receive another email confirmation notifying you that your order is on its way, and we'll provide you with the shipping company's tracking number.
Orders with Multiple Items
If you ordered multiple items they may ship separately. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Partial Tracking Information or your Shipment
To speed delivery, some shippers may not location-scan all of their shipments. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment please do not be concerned. When you receive your Shipment Confirmation Email, your order has been shipped.
Find a Missing Package That Shows as Delivered
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it: 1. Wait until the end of the next day—packages can show as delivered while still in transit. 2. See if someone else accepted delivery. 3. Look around the delivery location. 4. Look for a notice of attempted delivery. 5. Contact the carrier - have your tracking number handy. Note, the shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, USPS) recommend you contact them as soon as possible to better service your shipment.
Our freight partners include FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. Transit times for each shipping method are listed below:
* Expedited Air: 2 to 6 business days after leaving our facility
* Super Saver Ground: 2 to 14 business days after leaving our facility (may take up to 21 business days)
* International Air: 6 to 10 business days after leaving our facility (customs varies by Country)
* Express Mail (Overnight): Please contact us for discounted freight rates
DHL is our preferred shipping carrier for Special Orders shipping from Italy. Your order will ship via DHL Expedited (6-10 Business Days). As with Domestic Orders, will receive an shipment confirmation via e-mail the day your order leaves Italy.
Refused shipments are costly. Shipments that are refused for any reason will incur a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of the actual round-trip freight. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us. If you would still like to purchase these items, you are welcome to place a new order on BellaSoleil.com.

International Shipments & Service Area
We offer shipping to all 50 United States and International however we cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or APO/FPO addresses. Please contact us for discounted freight rates on Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada and International.
As BellaSoleil is a Global Company and ships Internationally, we are NOT responsible for duties, taxes or other special fees associated with shipping.
While shipments sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or International may take a little longer, the delivery date for your order is based on the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address. After shipment, your order may take additional 5-8 business days to arrive from the carriers transit times.
Oversized Items - Truck Freight
Some items we sell are too large or too heavy to ship using a Small Parcel carrier (e.g. UPS or FedEx). In these cases, we will ship via truck freight at no additional cost to you. Truck freight is different than standard UPS or FedEx in that you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. A signature is required for all truck freight deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for the delivery. Note that the driver is only responsible to deliver to curbside or driveway although in some cases, may take the items off the truck to your door. The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you must inspect the package and its contents at the time of delivery. If you detect any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be concerned about damage, please refuse delivery or write "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. If the driver needs to leave before you have a chance to thoroughly inspect the shipment, write "Subject to inspection for concealed damage" next to your signature on the bill of lading. This ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. Be sure to notify us within 24 hours of delivery to report any damage. Please allow an additional 1-3 days for truck freight delivery. Truck Freight ships to the Continental US Only (please, no PO Boxes).
