30 Day No Hassle Return Policy
BellaSoleil.com offers a no-hassle return policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it and BellaSoleil.com will promptly refund your money to the original credit card. Simply follow the instructions below:
- Contact customer service via email or phone for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to returning the product. Products will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
- Indicate your RMA Number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return.
- Repack merchandise in original box with original packing material.
- Return package by preferred shipping company to address provided from customer service. We recommend you insure the package as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date as the return authorization will be cancelled.
If you follow these steps, we pledge to make your return experience just as pleasant and easy as your buying experience!
Returns Due to Our Error
If a product arrives damaged please contact Customer Service by email or phone within 5 business days of receipt. Items damaged at the time of receipt may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, outbound and return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once an item is received, please allow two weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Please note: Any special order Italian Pottery from our factories in Italy or items that are monogrammed, customized and made-to-order cannot be returned. All other returns and exchanges, including items shipped with a free shipping promotion, will be refunded the full cost of the item excluding our actual outbound shipping and processing costs. If a return label was provided or a UPS/FedEx driver picks up the item, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Exchanged items may be handled as a new order, subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
Product-Specific Refunds
Refunds for our Uttermost brand of products, sku numbers beginning with “UTM”, will be given a refund for the merchandise amount less a fifteen percent manufacturer restocking fee and actual outbound shipping and processing costs as detailed in our standard refund and exchange policy. The restocking fee is based on the original price not including any discount or coupon offers.
Canceling Items or Orders
Most orders you place on BellaSoleil.com enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible and therefore cannot be modified or cancelled.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal as payment for orders. We also accept Phone Orders 7 days a week for your convenience.

Ceramics are very fragile and professional packaging is key. The BellaSoleil.com "Packaging Pledge" means our shipping department will professionally pack your pottery with premier packing materials and utmost care. We partner with ULINE to provide our clients with the highest quality corrugated boxes whose bursting strength is certified up to 200 lbs. Our packing peanuts are soft and cushiony and will safely protect your pottery. If the shipper still manages to damage your item, our insurance has you covered. Please report this to us within 5 days at CustomerService@BellaSoleil.com We will deal with the shipping company and save you the headache!

Shipping to a PO Box/APO Box
Our entire collezione of Italian Pottery can be shipped Globally and to an APO or PO Box. All other items can only be shipped to a Street Address within the 48 Contiguous United States. Items that only ship to a street address (no PO's) within the 48 Contiguous United States are clearly marked at the bottom of the product's detail page.
Shipping International
Please email us for discounted freight rates on Italian Pottery Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada and International. Our entire collezione of Italian Pottery can be shipped Globally and to an APO or PO Box. All other items can only be shipped to a Street Address within the 48 Contiguous United States.
While shipments sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or International may take a little longer, the delivery date for your order is based on the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address. After shipment, your order may take additional 5-8 business days to arrive from the carriers transit times.
Tracking your Package
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves our shoppe so you can track the disposition of your order. BellaSoleil.com uses various shipping companies. Therefore to track your package, kindly refer to the links below based on your Delivery Confirmation/Tracking Number(s).

In some cases, your order will arrive in separate packages. For quicker delivery and to save our customers money on freight, we ship from multiple warehouses throughout the country. You will receive separate shipment notifications for each of your items that ship from our multiple warehouses/design centres if this applies to your order.
To speed delivery, some shippers may not location-scan all of their shipments. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment please do not be concerned.
Shipping Methods
BellaSoleil.com will expedite your order Promptly. Orders typically ship within 1-4 business days. Our freight partners include USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS. Transit times for each shipping method are listed below:
* Expedited Air: 2 to 6 business days after shipping
* Super-Saver Ground: 2 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days)
* International Air: 6 to 10 business days after shipping (customs varies by Country)
* Express Mail (Overnight): Please contact us for discounted freight rates
Custom & Special Orders
DHL is our preferred shipping carrier for Special Orders shipping from Italy. Your order will ship via DHL Expedited (6-10 Business Days). As with Domestic Orders, will receive an shipment confirmation via e-mail the day your order leaves Italy.
Oversized Items - Truck Freight
Some items we sell are too large or too heavy to ship using a Small Parcel carrier (e.g. UPS or FedEx). In these cases, we will ship via truck freight at no additional cost to you. Truck freight is different than standard UPS or FedEx in that you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. A signature is required for all truck freight deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for the delivery. Note that the driver is only responsible to deliver to curbside or driveway although more often than not, they will take the items off the truck to your door. The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you must inspect the package and its contents at the time of delivery. If you detect any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be concerned about damage, please refuse delivery or write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. If the driver needs to leave before you have a chance to thoroughly inspect the shipment, write "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE" next to your signature on the bill of lading. This ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. Be sure to notify us within 24 hours of delivery to report any damage. Please allow an additional 1-3 days for truck freight delivery. Truck Freight ships to the Continental US Only (please, no PO Boxes).
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable/change of address/refusal. All undeliverable/change of address/refusal returns, including items shipped with a free shipping promotion, will be refunded the full cost of the item excluding our actual shipping costs. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable/change of address/refusal. If you would still like to purchase these items, you are welcome to place a new order on BellaSoleil.com.
Backorders
Periodically items shipping direct from the manufacturer will go on back order. If this happens you will be notified promptly with an estimated ship date and given the option to ship the item when in stock or refunding your payment in full.
Sales Tax
BellaSoleil.com is based in Summerlin, Nevada. Sales tax will only be charged to residents of Nevada.
Italian Pottery Care and Usage Our tableware and serving pieces have lead-free glazes and are suitable for food. Majolica can go in the dishwasher but we recommend the fine china setting or delicate cycle. We don’t recommend putting items in the microwave or oven unless the item details indicate you may do so (e.g. a Casserole Dish or Lasagna Dish would be fine to put in a conventional oven).
Hand-Crafted Italian Pottery and Tuscan Decor All of our Italian Majolica is hand-painted and hand-crafted. No two pieces are the same. Slight variations include shape, colour depth, small flicks of paint from the artist and tiny pin holes in the glaze. These are all characteristics of hand-made Italian pottery that make each piece special and unique. This does not deflect from the value of the pottery but rather adds to its charm. Most of our Tuscan Decor items are hand-painted and hand-crafted so please allow for slight shade variations.
