30 Day No Hassle Return Policy
BellaSoleil.com offers a no-hassle return policy. If you wish to return an item, you may send it back within 30 days from the original ship date for a refund to the original form of payment. If you'd like to return your purchase, we'd like to hear from you first. Please contact customer service via email or phone so we can provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. Returns made to any other address or without an RMA number will not be credited. Returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original ship date as the return authorization will be cancelled.
Indicate your RMA number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return. Repack merchandise in original box with original packing material. All products must be returned in "As New" condition - the way it was received, in its original packaging and unused. Returns are inspected at the warehouse upon receipt; if the item is determined to have been used in any way, credit will not be given and the product can be returned to you at your cost.
To ensure delivery, BellaSoleil.com Requires a return tracking number for all refunds. Retain your tracking number and email it to us once your return the item. This will also help process your credit faster and check on the progress of your return. We recommend you insure the package as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. Returned items must be received at designated processing facility within 14 days of receipt of your RMA Number or return authorization will be cancelled. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are nonrefundable once your order has been shipped.

If You Received an Item that is Defective or Damaged
If an item arrives defective or damaged from shipment, we've got you covered under our BellaSoleil.com Packaging Pledge. Please DO NOT dispose of the box or any packing material. Be sure to notify us within 5 Days of Delivery to report the damage as we cannot accept the exchange of damaged items after 5 days of delivery.
We will provide you with an RMA number and arrange for the damaged goods to be returned and replacement item(s) to be shipped out to you promptly at no additional charge. Digital photos are a big help to expedite the process and we may request that you to email/send pictures of the damage when we provide you with the RMA. Shipping costs related to merchandise received damaged or defective will be taken care of by BellaSoleil.com. If customer declines the free replacement, customer is returning due to personal reasons and the standard refund policy applies.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once an item is received, please allow two-three weeks for the refund to appear on your statement. If payment was made with a gift card, a merchandise credit will be issued for the credit amount. Please note: Any special order Italian Pottery from our factories in Italy or items that are made-to-order cannot be returned. Refunds will be for the merchandise amount less actual shipping & processing charges and restocking fees if applicable (see product specific refunds below). Customers are responsible for all Actual shipping charges (i.e. delivery & return) regardless of what the customer initially paid or didn't pay (i.e. free shipping) to have the item(s) delivered. If a return label was provided, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Exchanged items may be handled as a new order, subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
Finish Disclaimer
Product colors viewed on websites will vary from one computer monitor to another because of the way different monitors and web browsers render colors. Various lighting conditions in your home vs. the photography studio and variations in perceived color are to be expected. If you need additional pictures of an item to help with your purchase, please contact customer service.
Product Specific Refunds and Restocking Fees
Some of our design manufacturers charge a restocking fee and have more specific guidelines for returns. Refunds for all items, with the exception of our Italian Pottery, will be given a refund for the merchandise amount less a fifteen percent manufacturer restocking fee and actual outbound shipping and manufacturer processing costs (eight - twelve dollars). The restocking fee is based on the original price not including any discount or coupon offers.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Hand-Painted Italian Pottery All of our Italian Majolica is hand-painted and hand-crafted. No two pieces are the same. Variations include shape, colour depth, small flicks of paint from the artist and tiny pin holes in the glaze. These are all characteristics of hand-made Italian pottery that make each piece special and unique. This does not deflect from the value of the pottery but rather adds to its charm.
Italian Pottery Care and Usage Our tableware and serving pieces have lead-free glazes and are suitable for food. Majolica can go in the dishwasher but we recommend the fine china setting or delicate cycle. We don’t recommend putting items in the microwave or oven unless the item details indicate you may do so (e.g. a Casserole Dish or Lasagna Dish would be fine to put in a conventional oven).
Cancellation Policy Orders you place on BellaSoleil.com enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible and therefore cannot be modified or cancelled. Once an order is shipped, the terms of our Return Policy will take effect.
Refused Shipments and Undeliverable Packages
Refused shipments are costly. Shipments that are refused for any reason other than damage or are undeliverable due an address change, will be invoiced fifteen percent of the order value for restocking plus the cost of the round-trip freight. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable/change of address/refusal. If you would still like to purchase these items, you are welcome to place a new order on BellaSoleil.com.

Payment Procedures
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Sales Tax BellaSoleil.com only collects sales tax for those orders shipped to Nevada, where we are located. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to any other location.
Backorders
Periodically items shipping direct from the manufacturer will go on back order. If this happens you will be notified promptly with an estimated ship date and given the option to ship the item when in stock or refunding your payment in full for the item.
Shipping, Delivery & Tracking
When Will My Order Ship? BellaSoleil.com will expedite your order Promptly. Orders typically ship within 1-5 business days unless noted on the product. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once you've placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed.
Tracking Your Order After your order is shipped, you will receive another email confirmation notifying you that your order is on its way, and we'll provide you with the shipping company's tracking number. You can also track your order through our Order Status & Package Tracker by clicking on the BellaSoleil.com Customer Service Link. You will need your Order Confirmation Number (located on your Order Confirmation & Shipping Confirmation email).
Orders with Multiple Items If you ordered multiple items they may ship separately. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated. For your convenience, you can track your entire order through our Order Status & Package Tracker by clicking on the BellaSoleil.com Customer Service Link. You will need your Order Confirmation Number (located on your Order Confirmation & Shipping Confirmation email).
Partial Tracking Information or your Shipment To speed delivery, some shippers may not location-scan all of their shipments. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment please do not be concerned. When you receive your Shipment Confirmation Email, your order has been shipped.
Shipping Options Our freight partners include USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS. Transit times for each shipping method are listed below:
* Expedited Air: 2 to 6 business days after leaving our facility
* Super-Saver Ground: 2 to 14 business days after leaving our facility (may take up to 21 business days)
* International Air: 6 to 10 business days after leaving our facility (customs varies by Country)
* Express Mail (Overnight): Please contact us for discounted freight rates
DHL is our preferred shipping carrier for Special Orders shipping from Italy. Your order will ship via DHL Expedited (6-10 Business Days). As with Domestic Orders, will receive an shipment confirmation via e-mail the day your order leaves Italy.

While shipments sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or International may take a little longer, the delivery date for your order is based on the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address. After shipment, your order may take additional 5-8 business days to arrive from the carriers transit times.
Oversized Items - Truck Freight
Some items we sell are too large or too heavy to ship using a Small Parcel carrier (e.g. UPS or FedEx). In these cases, we will ship via truck freight at no additional cost to you. Truck freight is different than standard UPS or FedEx in that you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. A signature is required for all truck freight deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for the delivery. Note that the driver is only responsible to deliver to curbside or driveway although more often than not, they will take the items off the truck to your door. The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you must inspect the package and its contents at the time of delivery. If you detect any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be concerned about damage, please refuse delivery or write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. If the driver needs to leave before you have a chance to thoroughly inspect the shipment, write "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE" next to your signature on the bill of lading. This ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. Be sure to notify us within 24 hours of delivery to report any damage. Please allow an additional 1-3 days for truck freight delivery. Truck Freight ships to the Continental US Only (please, no PO Boxes). |
